Historic Residence on San Francisco Bay
Dispite our policy over the years to avoid publicity, the Yellow Ferry tends to get a great deal of attention from authors and film makers.
Of course, as the City of Seattle she is always the first page on any history concerning Puget Sound ferries.
As a houseboat, the Yellow Ferry has been featured in half a dozen lifestlye, coffeetable books.
In addition the Ferry has been used in films by Woody Allen and Sam Peckinpah (there's a range). Julie Christie lived here for a couple of months back in 1968 when she was making Petulia.
